This location is AMAZING! I placed a last minute order for flowers and they came through. I chose an arrangement that they did not have the vase for, but they assured me that it would be a great vase. Not only did they live up to their promise, they exceeded my expectations. The arrangement that was delivered was nicer than the one I chose and the recipient was overjoyed. The flowers were fresh and the delivery was done at the specified time. Kudos to 1-800 flowers winter park for such great customer service!

5 stars! They provided beautiful flowers for the open house at our new dental office and they also delivered flowers to my wife for our anniversary. They were all lovely. Unfortunately, it seems as though most of the negative reviews are intended to be left for the national brand, not this local shop. We ordered directly from the shop and had no issues.
